Keep Training
Training that changes when you do.
A plan built around your starting point. A coach you can talk to when life or your body changes.
Start moving, get stronger, or work towards something you miss. At home or in the gym.
Why I built this
I am Niall.
An X-ray found a slipped vertebra in my lower back. My doctor told me what good doctors tell you: get stronger, keep moving. He was right. But nobody could tell me what to actually do on Tuesday.
So I asked AI. It was good. It built plans around my body and my week, and when something flared up it adjusted. It felt like having a coach who knew my situation.
That kind of coaching runs hundreds a month, if you can get it at all. I did not think it should, so I built this.
It is not just for backs. It is for the knee you work around, the shoulder that acts up, getting back in after years away, rebuilding strength after losing weight, or training properly for the first time.
One thing, straight. This is AI. It is very good, and it gets things wrong, sometimes confidently. It cannot see you, and it does not know what your doctor knows. If something hurts in a way that worries you, stop and go get it looked at. Your plan will wait.
